Letters
Dear Stephanie,
Write what you couldn’t say, what you wish you’d said, or simply what today was like. Share yours on the wall if you’d like it to be seen.
From Stephanie, to you
Dear you,
If you’re here, perhaps there’s something you’ve been carrying that you haven’t been able to say out loud.
So, say it to me.
You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to make it sound okay. Just tell me what’s on your heart. I’m here to listen.
And please remember this, “You are worthy. You are enough. And you are not alone”
Whatever you’re going through, please don’t be too hard on yourself. Give yourself the same kindness and understanding you would give to someone you love.
You can write to me here and remain completely anonymous if you wish. What you share with me will stay with me, in confidence. And if you would like me to write back, simply leave your name and email. That choice is entirely yours.
Sometimes, all we need is to know that someone sees us.
I see you.I hear you.And I’m here.
I love you. I hope “you” love yourself too.
With love,

From you, to Stephanie
